Governing Law
All agreements, transactions, and use of this website are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, embroidery patterns, creative concepts, product images, branding elements, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Taj Fashion Couture.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
EU Consumer Rights – Custom-Made Product Exemption
All garments sold by Taj Fashion Couture are custom-made and produced according to individual customer specifications.
Under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods.
As such:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Custom-made garments are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
Limitation of Liability
Taj Fashion Couture shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Delivery delays caused by courier or customs authorities

Losses resulting from incorrect measurements provided by customers

Third-party alterations or post-delivery handling
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights.
